Thanks to a partnership with Snake River Farms, we are proud to offer this new dining experience. The trio features American Wagyu beef in three 6 oz. portions, paired with a large side of one of several varieties of our signature Mac & Cheese. The cuts offered may be anything from the more familiar Tenderloin or Ribeye Cap to the exciting and flavorful Bavette, Flat Iron, or Zabutan. All cuts are grade-equivalent to higher than USDA Prime, and presented sliced and served with sauces. February Wine Club Update Our next complimentary tasting for wine club members will take place on Saturday, March 16th from 1 pm to 3 pm at Eddie's. The featured wines available for tasting and purchase will be: vineyard-designate Pinot Noirs from Big table farm, PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne and Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon in liter bottles. Upcoming events and collector Cabernet availability. Tentatively scheduled wine dinners with discounts for wine club members: Tuesday, April 9th: Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Tuesday, May 14th: Elk Cove Vineyards Wednesday, June 12th: Ken Wright Cellars Thursday, July 18th: Archey Summit On January 25th Eddie's welcomed the historic Gundlach Bundschu Winery for five courses of food and wine. Final preparations are being made for Valentine's Day, and we hope to see you at Eddie's! In addition to the full menu, we will be offering a special 3 course dinner for the entire weekend. The dinner will include: 1. Burrata Mozzarella salad with toasted sourdough, apricot preserves and arugula. 2. 4 oz Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon and 4 oz Maine Lobster tail served with asparagus and crab risotto. 3. Red Velvet cake for dessert. 4. 1 glass of Champagne The cost for the dinner is $129, which includes the food, Champagne, tax and gratuity. A few reservations remain available throughout the weekend, and our bar offers full service on a first come, first served basis. Located within the Sonoma Valley AVA of Sonoma County, they specialize in estate-driven, sustainably farmed Bordeaux reds and cool climate varietal wines. Children returning to school, leaves changing color, and football on TV almost every day of the week. These may signal the changing seasons, but nothing does more so than the 8th annual celebration of Wauwatosa dining, 10 Days in Tosa! Eddie's is once again proud to be a featured partner and participant, and we hope you will join us. We will be offering a 3-course lunch for $20 from Monday, September 10th through Friday, September 14th. It will then continue from Monday, September 17th through Wednesday the 19th. Lunch is served from 11:30 am through 2 pm. The menu will include: Course 1: The choice between our house mixed greens salad or soup du jour. Course 2: The choice between our Beef Short Ribs with Pappardelle Pasta, Bourguignon Sauce and Micro Greens or Broiled Walleye with Marble Potatoes, Green Beans Almondine and Citrus Buerre Blanc. We love steak at Eddie Martini's, and we love being able to offer new and exciting cuts along with the classics that have been on our menu since the beginning. One of the cuts we're particularly excited about right now is the Ribeye. We currently offer three Ribeyes on a nightly basis, and they are each unique in what they "bring to the table."
